great location but lacks attentive service

The proximity to the metro made daily travel very convenient. The check-in process was efficient, which helped kick off our stay on a positive note.

While the rooms are standard sized, they felt a bit cramped for our needs.

The location is fantastic, within walking distance to

major attractions like Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, which made our trip so much easier. However, the room was quite cramped, making it challenging to move around with our luggage.

Had a fab stay! The staff were super friendly and spoke English, which was a big help. The location's spot on, just a short walk to Dotonbori! Room was typical small for Japan but comfy enough. Loved the free sake they give ya. Only thing, the bathroom could use a little updating.

The location was awesome, just a 5-min walk to Shinsaibashi Shopping street and lots of restaurants nearby. Loved the clean bathroom and strong air conditioning.

I loved my stay here! The spa had a fantastic hot stone massage and an amazing aromatherapy option that helped me unwind. Only downside was the room felt a tad cramped with the furniture layout, but everything else was just great! 😊

While the room was quite small, it was all we needed after long days of exploring Osaka. The location was amazing with easy access to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was ineffective and the noise from outside could be disruptive at times.

Perfect location for hitting up Dotonbori for street food and shopping at Shinsaibashi Shopping Arcade. The hotel is great for all types of travelers, and the staff was friendly. Plus, it's close to convenience stores and restaurants. Highly recommend checking out...  

Location is spot on, just a few steps from Shinsaibashi and Dotonburi. The Cleanliness can vary in the rooms, but having laundry facilities available is a plus when traveling.

Also, the limited breakfast options quickly became mundane, not leaving much to look forward to in the morning. Street noise from drunken revelers and the nearby scene, while vibrant, might not suit those looking for peace. The room layout was a bit cramped for larger baggage, making repacking a hassle for families.
